Help Us build our new Community-based gallery

Giving Tuesday, a global day of giving, will be here on November 28

This Giving Tuesday, consider supporting the Kitsap History Museum’s exciting new community-based gallery initiative. A community-based gallery is a space where historically underrepresented groups will be given the platform to tell their own stories, in their own words in their own way.
Your donation will play a vital role in helping us connect our community with each story, because each and every story is important and each story has shaped our community. By contributing to this project, you’re not just giving to a museum; you’re investing in the collective memory and cultural heritage of Kitsap. Help us create a dynamic space that fosters a sense of belonging, encourages dialogue, and celebrates the diverse narratives that define us.  Join us in building a legacy that bridges the past and the present, uniting the community through the power of storytelling and the exploration of our unique heritage.
Our goal is $1500 for the purchase of new exhibit cases in order to properly display and preserve the items that will make up these exhibits. Please consider helping us make this goal a reality.
